What we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to send: your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message.

We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking on this website.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to set up and manage that work. We will not add you to a mailing list or share your details for marketing.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry you have sent us) and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who processes it for us

FormspreeReceives contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. Based in the United States.
CloudflareHosts this website. Keeps short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
Apple iCloudProvides our email.

Where information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by the safeguards these providers offer under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not lead to work, we delete it within 12 months. If we work together, we keep project correspondence for the length of the engagement and business records for six years, as required for tax purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
  • delete your information
  • restrict or object to how we use it

Email hello@beyondrequirements.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
